You know, life is funny sometimes. I mean, sometimes you could put in all the work that you believe that you could possibly put in, but yet the rewards you seek are lacking. We have all experienced this. When we hit these blocks in life, life itself is trying to teach us a valuable lesson. I could go on and on about how people believe that life is not fair, but it would not benefit those of you who have chosen to read this blog post.

However, what will benefit you, is if I tell you the truth. And the truth is…you get out exactly what you put in. Life is the clearest mirror there is. Because it always ultimately shows you what works, and what does not work. It always shows you what is working and what is not working.

Some feedback of life is instant. This is what people like — quick, fast, in a hurry, right now. On the other hand, what most people don’t realize is that there is a gestation period that oftentimes you have to endure to qualify for the results of your hard labor.

Life only rewards people who are deserving of rewards. I’m not saying that life is fair. Because we know it is not. Everyone does not have the same opportunity, but we all do have an opportunity unique to us, within our individual circumstances.

Life has its own compensation plan. It pays those who work for what they desire. It takes away from those who refuse to work. A good example is like when you go to the Gym. If you are dedicated to a legitimate workout routine, if you educate yourself and execute what works and what does not work when eating meals, and if you are persistent long enough, you will force your body to give you what you want. This is a natural law of your body.

Life has natural laws as well. For example, if you want to be liked by others for who you are – start liking others for who they are. If you want to be respected by others, start respecting others. If you want to succeed in any area of life, start right now giving everything of yourself. When you do this, you turn your request of life into a demand of life, and that makes all the difference.

Inspired Point of Power: Give life what it wants, and life will give you what you want.

  1. So true! Sometimes only part of what effort we put forth works and we need to glean the gift of that effort and take the next step to where it takes us. There really are no failures, only course corrections, it’s all a lesson that will in retrospect deliver everything we desire in the perfect way at the perfect time, and only when we are ready to receive it. Good post!
